We offer customized stretch sessions based on our clients needs and goals. Stretching is restorative and helps improved and return the body back to it's natural state.
Our clients with benefit from stretching as it increases blood flow to the muscles and joints, reducing stiffness. Regular stretching increases flexibility and muscle health. Building muscle strength and flexibility keeps the back healthy and strong, ultimately preventing back pain. Regular Stretching can also help reduce the risk of muscle strains.

$29 introductory stretch session for 25 minutes. After that, 25-minute sessions are $49 each and 50-minute sessions are $95
